🚗 By car

The venue is approximately:

• 25 minutes from Exeter
• 45 minutes from Plymouth
• 2 hours 30 minutes from Bristol
• 4 hours from London

From the A30 take the Whiddon Down exit and follow signs towards Chagford. The venue entrance is on [Venue Lane, Chagford, TQ13 8XX] — look for the wooden sign on the left.

🅿️ Parking

There is free parking on site in the field adjacent to the barn. Stewards will guide you on arrival.

Please note: the ground can be uneven — we'd suggest flat shoes or wellies for arriving and leaving. The car park is open from 1:00 pm and accessible until the morning after.

If you plan to drink, please leave your car overnight and collect it by 10:00 am the following day.

🚆 By train

The nearest mainline stations are:

• Exeter St Davids — approx 25 min drive (GWR from London Paddington)
• Newton Abbot — approx 30 min drive

From either station you'll need a taxi or pre-arranged lift — see below for local taxi numbers. We recommend booking trains and taxis well in advance for a September weekend.

🚕 Taxis & minibuses

We'll be pre-booking a coach from Exeter city centre at 12:30 pm and returning at midnight. Let us know on your RSVP if you'd like a seat.

The closest airport is Exeter International (EXT), with direct flights from most UK cities and several European destinations.

From Exeter Airport, the venue is approximately 35 minutes by taxi. Car hire is also available at the airport.

💡 A few tips

• Mobile signal is limited on the moor — download your maps offline before you travel.
• Dartmoor lanes are narrow. Take it slow and use passing places.
• September weather in Devon is unpredictable — bring a layer for the evening.
